If there is one song title of his that describes him best, it's "Sweet Creature."

Throughout his career, Harry Styles has been labeled as womanizer and a ladies' man in addition to being seen and talked about like a sex object because of his looks. But that idea couldn't be further from the truth. Harry is a human being with feelings just like the rest of us. He doesn't deserve the disrespect that comes his way in the form of inappropriate comments and questions from interviewers and paparazzi. False rumors and labels have a way of sticking with you once they are released into the world and on the internet. The truth about Harry Styles is that he's a gentleman. He is so much more than an average pop star. He is kind, genuine, and so full of life, energy, and love. He goes above and beyond all expectations for humanity and represents all of the good in the world. He is such a sweet creature and here's why...
#1 TPWK Campaign
In his latest album, Harry wrote a song called "Treat People With Kindness." From that day on, he made it his own personal mantra. He has always wanted to be that role model that guides his fans to choose love and kindness in a world that could definitely use more of it. At one of his concerts in Mexico, he said "We have a choice every single day that we wake up of what you can put into the world, and I ask you to please choose love every single day... Be a lover. Choose love. Give love. Love everyone, always." What I have always admired about Harry is that he uses his voice and his platform for good. On his website, he has a TPWK page that states that all of the profits from the merchandise sold at his concerts along with a portion of ticket sales will be donated to local charities from his tour stops around the world.

#2 Black Lives Matter
Another thing that Harry stands for is equality. With the Black Lives Matter protests circulating, Harry Styles marched with other protestors in the streets of Los Angeles in an attempt to combat racism and the oppression of African Americans across the United States. He knew he could never stand by and do nothing on a subject he feels so passionate about. On Instagram, he posted a BLM picture and wrote "I do things every day without fear, because I am privileged, and I am privileged every day because I am white. Being not racist is not enough, we must be anti racist. Social change is enacted when a society mobilizes. I stand in solidarity with all of those protesting. I’m donating to help post bail for arrested organizers. Look inwards, educate yourself and others. LISTEN, READ, SHARE, DONATE and VOTE. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. BLACK LIVES MATTER." Harry is hoping for this movement to resonate through all of us, for us to open our eyes and realize that change needs to happen. He says that "It’s a time for listening, and hopefully, people will come out humbled, educated and willing to learn and change.”

#3 LGBTQ+ Community
Over the past 10 years of his music career, Harry Styles has been vocal about his support for the LGBTQ+ community. All he wants is for his fans to feel comfortable and proud of who they are and for his concerts to be a safe space for everyone. Harry has helped his fans come out to their families, he sold pride shirts during pride month giving profits to GLSEN (The Gay, Lesbian, & Straight Education Network), and supported the first openly gay athlete to be drafted in the NFL by wearing a jersey at one of his concerts with Michael Sam's number on it in 2014. He also waves pride flags at his concerts because he wants to show his fans that they're not alone, no matter what they're going through. In a Rolling Stones cover story he stated, "I'm aware that as a white male, I don't go through the same things as a lot of the people that come to the shows. I can't claim that I know what it's like, because I don't. So I'm not trying to say, 'I understand what it's like.' I'm just trying to make people feel included and seen." His main goal is to let his fans know that no matter what group they're apart of, he supports them.
"If you are black, if you are white, if you are gay, if you are straight, if you are transgender — whoever you are, whoever you wanna be — I support you, I love every single one of you." -Harry Styles

#4 Feminism
As if Harry Styles couldn't be any more exceptional, he is a feminist and all for the empowerment of women. Even at a young age being in One Direction, it was always Harry who spoke up to the interviewer and sometimes his bandmates when they spoke anything untoward about women. For example, in an interview with former bandmate Niall Horan, they were asked to play a game where the interviewer offers a word and the boys give their opinion. When Stifler from American Pie came up, Niall called him an "absolute legend" while Harry responded to him saying "He objectifies women, Niall, is what he is." Another instance was when an interviewer asked the band if the boys called dibs when they liked the same girl and Harry answered, "We feel like that objectifies women. And that's not really what we're about." Harry also took part in Emma Watson's #HeForShe movement calling for all men to join the feminist fight out of respect for the girls and women in their lives.
